Job Description



  • Identify user and system requirements for new web-based applications.

  • Prioritize software development projects, set timelines, and assign tasks to team members.

  • Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons)

  • Collaborate with UI/UX team to build responsive web applications.

  • Debugging websites and ensuring software documentation is updated.

  • Create wireframes to decide on layout.

  • Write or review code for various applications.

  • Run functionality testing and debug code.

  • Oversee junior web developers and evaluate their performance.

  • Ensure our software documentation is up to date.

  • Supervising junior web developers, analyzing areas of weakness, and scheduling training sessions accordingly.


Personal Skills



  • Work experience as a Senior Web Developer

  • ‎3-‎5 years of experience in web development.

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant field

  • Team management skills.

  • Good command of the English language.

  • Accountable for providing high-quality care products and services.

  • Very good communication Skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple assignments/tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.


Technical Skills



  • Expertise in at least one programming language, preferably JavaScript, angular, Typescript, React JS, Ruby or PHP.

  • Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools

  • Understanding of security practices

  • Familiarity with network diagnostics tools
