Job Description
Responsibilities
* Project mobilization and management
* Handle end to end study initiation.
* Get exposure and gain knowledge of moderation skills and discussion guide writing.
* Attend on ground fieldwork and analyzing collected transcripts/verbatim.
* Learn how to generate insights and work on reports with the help & overseeing of a manager.
* Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards.
* Assist senior staff in managing the day-to-day administration of client service activities and coordinating with Project Management team for updates.
* Work together with other team members to deliver reports, respond to client questions/requests, report generation, etc
* Provide research, administrative and operational support to managers.
* Understand and implement all Nielsen internal protocols.
* Should be proactive in updating/highlighting senior leadership on progress.
* Willingness to learn and should have positive attitude towards work.
* Disciplined work ethics with respect to client deadlines
Qualifications
*
Fresh graduate up to a year
* Effective communication skills
* Team player
* Responsible, hardworking and attentive to details
* Strong command on PowerPoint
* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
* Analytical, creative and has critical thinking skills
* Fluency in English & Arabic
* Plus point: knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
