We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee
the complete responsibility of order execution, from the receipt of contracts
to invoicing and payment collection. The successful candidate will review and
understand contracts, prepare project execution plans, facilitate LCs (if
applicable), and verify suppliers' sales contracts/order acknowledgment copies
to ensure they are in line with the customers' requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete order execution process, from contract receipt to payment collection.
* Prepare project execution plans and purchase orders to suppliers, and facilitate LCs (if applicable).
* Organize and lead internal and client kick-off meetings and pre-inspection meetings.
* Ensure timely submission of technical documents and coordinate with contractors, clients, and suppliers for necessary approvals.
* Obtain progress reports from suppliers and monitor compliance with contractual obligations.
* Provide technical clarifications and review material test certificates/test reports.
* Perform ERP entries, generate invoices, submit shipping documents, and manage logistics and shipments.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and explore new ideas to optimize cost and achieve process excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Cultivate a positive and constructive work climate to contribute to the organization's success.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's/master's degree in core engineering subjects, business administration, or similar qualification (SCM/International Business can be an advantage).
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of techno-commercial experience in project management/logistics/SCM department (steel or similar industrial experience can be an advantage).
* Computer-literate (MS Office, high level of MS Excel skills, MS PowerPoint, etc.).
* Age group between 25 – 40 years only.
* High level of English skills (Arabic skill can be an advantage).
