About the Job
You will be responsible for providing physical or remote support for clients who have critical response time requirements for their business systems.
• implementing systems, support, administration and maintenance of already existing systems in our customers.
• Installing OS and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Solve clients’ problems throughout visiting them or over the phone or remote access.
• Provide training to customers and how to use our products, including troubleshooting, system updates, support, etc…
Job Requirements and skills
• Ability to write, modify, and execute SQL queries for SQL Server
• Strong Communication and Writing Skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent client-facing skills
• Quick Learner and logical thinker.
• Welling to travel as need.
