Job summary :

Responsible for preparing and setting marketing and sales plans, supervising and following up on their implementation and raising the market share of the company.
And identifying the needs and desires of customers in the target markets, and he is also responsible for selecting and training of sales and marketing teams.
Job Duties :
Setting plans and objectives and drawing up sales and marketing policies that achieve the company's strategic objectives in cooperation with senior management
Create a database of target markets and study competitors' plans, market shares and product prices for their competitors.
Geographical areas and distribution ratios in each region.
Develop plans for promotion, publicity, advertising and sales offers in coordination with the senior management to raise the market share.
Conduct market studies that include providing detailed information on market needs, size, growth and expansion potential, and potential markets
Participate in the development of policies and strategies to maintain existing customers and work on developing their purchasing capabilities.
Participate in setting pricing policies and offerings of products and services.
Coordination with the Quality Department in studying customer complaints and responding to them, as well as knowing the characteristics and functions of products to raise the efficiency of the product offered to customers.
Full supervision of the after-sales service follow-up, constant communication with customers, and studying and responding to complaints.
Suggest recommendations and studies for goods that suffer from selling and marketing problems that lead to financial loss.
Submitting periodic reports detailing the achievements and problems of marketing and the failures of senior management.
