Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented
individual to join our Customer Care department as a Live Chat Agent cum CRM
Admin. This is a remote position, specifically for UAE locals. As a Live Chat
Agent cum CRM Admin, you will be responsible for providing exceptional
customer service through our live chat platform. You will also be responsible
for managing and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
system.
Responsibilities:
Contact customers who were not answering for long time and archive the deals if not interested anymore.

Requirements:
* UAE local with a valid residency visa and Family book.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience with live chat platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
