Job Purpose Overview:
This position is responsible for conducting reservation functions by assisting
clients in making, altering, and canceling reservations.
This position also entails resolving any reservation-related issues and
answering any questions guests might have about the reservation process.
Accountabilities:
The responsibilities which are laid out in this documentation are not
exhaustive and you will be required to act wholeheartedly in the interests of
the company, as such you will be required to perform any reasonable duties or
tasks which the Management requests.
Main tasks & Responsibilities:
* System entry of incoming reservations and bookings as per SOP and SLAs.
* Confirm vendor or internal supplier confirmations within agreed timelines.
* Identify and communicate any special handling instructions to the relevant operational teams.
* Identify any issues with costing or pricing within the reservation/booking.
* Handling availability and pricing requests received from clients.
* Process cancellations, no-shows, and booking amendments in line with SOP.
* On-shift support to Contact Centre.
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:
* Diploma OR High School with a Certificate.
* 0-2 years of experience in a relevant industry OR 2-4 years of experience in a relevant industry and on-job practical training.
* Conversational English Level.
* IT and Computer Literacy.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
