Job Description:-
* Handling incoming mails into TIS system and processing them.
* Answer customers inquiries about their booked flights.
* Handling flight ancillary services.
* Handling Wheelchair / Rollator / Seat booking / Special meals and Medical request with Airlines.
* Following up all ancillary requests with Airlines.
Job Requirements:-
* BA Degree.
* very good command of both written and spoken German (B2 level).
* good command of both written and spoken English.
* Very good Command of Microsoft Office.
* experience in the German travel law is an advantage.
