Job Description
Review mechanical (Design - shop) drawings and calculations.
Study the tender documents (specifications, drawings, BOQ, method of measurements and contracts).
Review the technical offers to ensure that they comply with the project specs and compare between the financial offers and cost sheets.
Review material submittals, shop drawings, RFI’s, etc.
Assist site mechanical engineers in solve technical problems projects.
Attend meetings with design consultant, contractors, and suppliers.
Responsible for regularly updating vendor list of manufacturers and suppliers.
Responsible for reviewing structure and MEP drawings and technical coordination between all trades.
Review schematic designs of new projects received from the design consultant to verify their compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Obtaining the technical and financial offers for all mechanical items.
Participate in creating BIM Model
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering
8-10 Years of experience
Construction Experience is a Must
Experience in Revit & BIM is a must.
