Job details

Duties & Responsibilities:
* To assist in basic translation as and when required.
* To listen and answer various queries of the patient.
* To perform work / job as and when assigned by the superior.
* Responsible for giving information to the patients.
* To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
* To receive the patients with a pleasant smile and wish them.
* To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives to be aware of departments performance and objective.
* Responsible for directing the patients to reach their intended destination.
* To get the information about the nature of illness and guide them to the concerned department.
* To attend telephone calls politely and strictly adhering to telephone manners.
* If the information is not clear then send the patient to the Customer care dept.
* To collect the reference letters if any.
* To make an entry of the referred doctor's name and address in the computer.
* To provide information regarding various preventive medical health checkups.
* To adhere to the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety rules.

QUALIFICATION, LICENSURE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL SKILLS:
* Graduate desirable but not mandatory.
* Min 1year as trainee receptionist preferred
* Active and good inter personal skills, Pleasing Personality
* Excellent command of oral and written English
* Well versed with using computer
* Arabic is mandatory
