Job Description

The Strategy and Future Department is currently seeking qualified candidates
for the position of Institutional Excellence Analyst in the Institutional
Excellence Section. This role is instrumental in supporting UAE University's
vision of becoming the premier national and regional educational institution.
As the Institutional Excellence Analyst, you will report directly to the Head
of Institutional Excellence and play a vital role in driving the university's
commitment to excellence in higher education. The responsibilities of the
position include, but not limited to:  Executing the process of analyzing the
internal environment of the federal entity in comparison with the requirements
of government excellence programs, and documenting the related gaps. 
Contributing to the implementation of evaluation programs at the entity level,
participate in and review nomination files for the award, and prepare related
technical reports.  Managing awareness programs and workshops for
organizational units on the elements of institutional excellence, its
standards, indicators and processes.  Following up the requirements of the
organizational units and their inquiries related to the requirements of
excellence, and the mechanisms of applying methodologies, processes and reward
systems.  Contributing to the preparation of research, reviewing best
practices in the areas of institutional excellence, comparing them with
practices within the entity, and preparing technical reports related to that
and submitting them to those concerned.  Contributing to measuring the
efficiency of institutional excellence processes in the entity, documenting
the results, and preparing technical reports for that.  Planning the
university needs of policies and regulations on standards of quality and
institutional excellence.  Overseeing organizational units with regard to the
implementation of work mechanisms and policies related to standards of
institutional excellence.

Minimum Qualifacation

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant discipline
with minimum of ‎3 years of experience in the field.

Preferred Qualifacation

Master degree is preferred.

Excpected Skills

• Proven experience in institutional excellence analysis or a related field • Strong knowledge of government excellence programs and quality standards • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to prepare data and extract statistics. • Fluency in Arabic and English • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in research and report writing.

‎7000 - ‎18000
