Scope of the Job
Manage, organize and support execution for the implementation of TPM ,
according to the overall CS&L TPM Master Plan, to achieve sustainable and
continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:
- Drive the TPM implementation by continuous coaching and supporting the CS&L teams
- Responsible to facilitate and advise the CS&L Leadership Team with proper system(s) to link Mission, KPIs (HMS and GTF) and TPM activities, using loss deployments, and to set challenging targets for the Pillars
- Define together with CS&L Leadership Team the TPM implementation tactics and the strategic action plans needed to achieve targets
- Responsible to report the progress and results of TPM implementation to Management Team and the OpCo TPM manager.
- Ensure a proper communication through cascading down the TPM program new updates and developments to the Pillars and teams members
- Participate effectively on OpCo level through sharing the good practices and knowledge (internal/external)
- Integrate TPM with other initiatives and departments activities where needed
- Ensure an overall understanding of the different TPM pillars and how they integrate through the TPM master plan to deliver the improved results in different departments
- The complete integration of TPM program and continuous improvement culture into operating plans and daily work
- Managing and organizing the TPM consultancy visits and external audit
- The standardization of all TPM procedures, formats, reports and tools across the OpCo
- Plan and execute the TPM audits (internal & external) to ensure a proper implementation of the TPM program __
- Defining the system to support the development of the function competencies and technical skills in the CS&L area
- Support the safety activities across the company by providing regular trainings, audits, supporting visits ..etc
- Responsible to organize and conduct TPM trainings and workshops for the stakeholders
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Coach and Support the implementation of the logistics pillars and the improvement teams across the OpCo
- Supporting CS&L Leadership team knowledge, training and coaching in all aspects of TPM in CS&L particularly the Driving System (Audits, Vision to Action, Savings calculator)
- Coaching pillar and teams through regular audits
- Provide training (formal and on-job training) to all the stakeholders of the TPM in CS&L program
- Ensure the implementation of the Change Management process/program in the CS&L locations and promote for zero loss mindset

Qualifications:
Education, Certifications and Licenses:
- Bachelor Degree in a related field
- Fluency in English Language
- Train the trainer certificate is a plus
Knowledge and Experience:
- TPM Knowledge is a must
- 3 Years in a CS&L related
