Partner with the best

As Field Supervisor you will be proficient in running most Intelligent
Production Systems applications including optical well monitoring systems,
electronic well monitoring systems and intelligent completion systems. You
will also be responsible for running upper completion systems including
packers and safety valves in two or more product lines in the district.

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Continuing to expand and apply application knowledge and expertise to include
applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Intelligent Production
Systems and/or other product groups.
* Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.
* Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.
* Conducting on-the-job training and competency assessments of local personnel.
* Advising and trouble shoots on Intelligent Production Systems issues in the district.
* Handling special projects as assigned.
* Using experience and knowledge of applications to ensure products and services are of highest quality.
* Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Minimum of ‎10 years of experience thorough mechanical and application
proficiency with Intelligent Production Systems products as well as Upper
Completions in two or more product lines.
* Have knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations.
* Have a degree from a technical college and significant experience as a Field Specialist.
* Be able to work well and communicate well with others.
* Be competent in medium to high-risk applications in other product groups.
