Basic Function
Perform a variety of professional and administrative support functions in the
areas of budgets, accountability, cost analysis, performance indices, survey
analysis, planning, and reporting activities, and relevant business programs.


To perform various duties aiming to administer the HR related activities in
JHAH, and provide timely and effective services related to HR issues to JHAH
HR department’s internal customers.
Scope
The HR Analyst is involved in preparing reports, presenting results and
solutions, providing analysis of business activities, and performing studies
as required. He/she is also involved in the preparation and consolidation of
the business and operating plans, and accountability reports and activities.

Principal Duties


Prepare routine and special reports for review and approval


Conduct studies as required


Develop and maintain statistical reports


Analyze, review, recommend, and obtain approval for changes on compensation
and benefits.


Assist organizations in keeping operations, manpower, and financial budgets
within established standards.


Review, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile
payroll discrepancies.


Verify pay adjustments, and assist in posting information onto designated
records.


Assist in preparing departmental reports such as business plans,
accountability reports and related reports for management review and
endorsement.


Develop cost control measures to meet schedule and program objectives.


Assist in the preparation of charts, graphs, and organizes relevant statistics


Provide analyses and summaries as assigned and present findings


Conduct period audits or operational reviews compiling and reporting
statistics.


Ensure the maintenance of data integrity and information confidentiality in
dealings with sensitive documents (custodian of JHAH intellectual property).


Collate and review HR statistics and benchmarks that support strategic
decision-making.


Assist in the impact analysis of previously implemented organizational changes
and provide recommendations for future HR direction.


Manage the assessment of HR needs within JHAH with respect to policies and
procedures.


Ensure that company policies and procedures manuals are disseminated to the
different departments/organization for strict implementation


Undertake the compensation and benefits administration activities, such as
merit pay, bonus allocations, promotions, and ensure that employees are
updated about any changes.


Design and update compensation programs, benefits, and short and long term
incentives schemes for JHAH, and ensure accurate implementation of the same.


Administer activities related to benefits including nominations, communication
of additions and deletions to the benefit providers.


Coordinate third party compensation surveys, analyses the competitiveness of
JHAH’s compensation schemes, and propose salary and benefit review
recommendations.


Present results and proposing solutions.


Maintain records and statistical data


Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or any related field
from a recognized university
Experience
Minimum ‎5 years experience in relevant field.
Certifications/Other requirements as applicable


Excellent command in English is required


MSOffice Application Certification
