Electroneurodiagnostic Technician

This position functions in the neuro-lab or surgical operating room collecting
patient's electroneurodiagnostic data. This data will then be assigned and
interpreted by the appropriate supervising professional.
Performs Electroneurodiagnostic studies on patients eligible for care in JHAH
facilities. Receives technical supervision from Physician/Neurophysiologist or
appropriate specialist. Reports to supervisor, Neuroscience Institute.
Has daily direct contact with physicians, nurses, and patients in providing
electroneurodiagnostic studies.
Must have a minimum of three years of experience in routine
electroneurodiagnostic testing under the supervision of a qualified
physician/neurophysiologist
Appropriate modality certification from credible association in individuals
home country (for example North American Board of Registration of
Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET), Registered
Electroencephalogram Technologists (R.EEG T), Regostered Evoked Potential
Technologists (R. EP T), Certified in Neurophysiological Interoperative
Monitoring (CNIM), etc …)
