Business Unit: RI -* Small & Medium Business (SMB)
We are looking for an energetic & an experienced Business Development person
to join our team in UAE. If you are interested to explore this great

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct the feasibility and availability as per the client requirements for categories
* Prepare the costing for the RMS scope
* Creating the proposals for the client basis the scope received
* Pitching to the new client and explaining them the NIQ products and offerings / selling
* Coordination with the internal teams on the delivery and database frequency
* Following up with the client on the proposals shared
* Prepare the contract for the client
* Ensuring the agreed deliverables are shared with the client as per the contract to ensure the revenue is recognized as per the billing terms
* Handling the client queries and ensuring the internal teams adhere to the SLAs with the client
* Hunting for new clients to meet the revenue target
SKILLS
* High-level communication skills
* Stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to negotiate
* Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
* Conflict resolution
* Self-motivated
* Experience working towards and exceeding targets
* Plenty of initiative
Education & Experience Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent experience
* Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
* 4-7 years of experience in sales & client management
Preference:*
* Bilingual (English & Arabic speaker)
