Position Summary:
The QC/QA & HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring that company
products and services meet customers' requirements and expectations while also
ensuring compliance with all local rules and relevant health, safety, and
environmental regulations.

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality control/quality assurance procedures to ensure that products and services meet customer requirements and expectations.
* Conduct regular inspections of production processes to identify and address quality control issues.
* Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent quality issues from recurring.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Develop and implement HSE procedures to minimize risks and hazards in the workplace.
* Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
* Ensure that all employees are trained in relevant HSE procedures.
* Develop and maintain a quality management system to monitor and improve quality performance.
* Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality control and HSE requirements are met.
* Prepare reports on quality control and HSE performance for management review.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality control, environmental health and safety), etc.
* Minimum of ‎5 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance and HSE.
* Holder of a Quality Engineer / Quality Auditor Certification and/or ISO ‎9001 Lead Auditor Certification or similar.
* Holder of a relevant Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) certification.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO ‎9001, ISO ‎14001, OHSAS ‎18001).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
