    ‎3 years of professional experience in planning/reliability engineering

    Preferable Engineering degree

  • Experience in planning and scheduling for engineering activities (PM, CM, EM)

  • Perform RCA technique (Root Cause Analysis) in failure reports.

  • Executing for reliability program like vibration, ultrasound, thermographic and motor current analysis.

  • Prefer certificate for inspection of vibration analysis CAT II and familiar with ultrasound, thermographic camera and other reliability technique.

  • Prefer experience in performing all kind of NDT for equipment structure inspection like visual inspection, magnetic, ultrasound.

  • Prefer certification of CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional)

  • Excellent level of communication in both Arabic & English.

  • Fully conversant with safety procedures.

  • Achievement orientation, Analytical thinking

  • Holding people accountable, Team leadership

  • Excellent level on MS office
    Job Description

  • Responsible to Plan and implement SLA (service level agreement) with operation department to ensure Operation requirements from equipment are obtained plus directing Engineering efforts to what business need to increase productivity.

  • Plan, Prepare, Forecast, verify, Implement and control Material plan for engineering department needs with the concerned departments to ensure spare parts availability to minimize breakdown and increase productivity.

  • Working to perform condition-based monitoring for equipment using vibration, ultrasound tools and familiar with the outcome's reports.

  • Apply engineering knowledge and specialist techniques to prevent or to reduce the likelihood or frequency of failures.

  • Identify and eliminate the causes of failures that do occur despite the efforts to prevent them.

  • Determine ways for finding solution with failures that do occur, if their causes have not been corrected.

  • Apply methods for estimating the likely reliability of new designs, and for analyzing reliability data.

  • Ensure to execute PDM (predictive maintenance) in EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) of engineering system.

  • Perform weekly and monthly reports for fault analysis and ensure to review with concerned section in regular basis.
