* Minimum of ‎10 years experience in the fields of , Ports , Shipping Lines , Logistics Companies
* Minimum five years experience in Leading Position ( Supervisor , Team Leader , Manager ) in Sales , CS , Commercial positions .

Key responsibilities
* Identify new MLO , Services which suit the company development plan
* Present a target marketing plan for MLOs with analysis and priorities for action
* Develop clear value propositions for each identified business and potential MLO and or new Service string, supported by professional presentation materials.
* Producing monthly reporting packs relevant to each MLO's performance, with obtaining suggestion of improving our services .
* Maintaining good relationships with MLO customers and competitors.
* Using Effective communication tools to reflect in building customer relationship with MLOs.
* Lead commercial correspondences in positive way to support Corporation business with MLOs
* Monitor and follow up the projects under progress on site to update our MLO customers with all the development in the port.
* Conclude & conduct the Sales weekly/Monthly & Yearly plan for MLOs, and follow up on the execution
