About This Job:
Astellas is currently hiring a HR Service Delivery Advisor to be based in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role will be reporting directly into the HR Service
Delivery Team Lead.


Main Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes,
controls and general HR related queries, acting as the first point of contact
for Astellas employees where self-service is either unavailable or where the
query cannot be resolved through the self-service channels available
The role will also be responsible for performing transactional/administrative
HR services in addition to managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data.
Act as an escalation point to manage queries through to resolution
The role will report to the HR Service Delivery Team Lead and will work
closely with the wider HR Service Delivery Team and Projects and Continuous
Improvement team to explore opportunities for continuous improvement across
the HR Operations function
Creation, re-engineering on internal processes and guides as of when require
Working with benefits providers on various benefits claims to ensure that they
are process in a timely manner


Essential Knowledge & Experience:
This role is for a Saudi National only.
Solid HR administrative experience in a similar role, preferably within a
Global Multinational Organization.
Internal and external stakeholder management
Experience in providing HR policy and process related advice and guidance and
interpretation
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to develop and
maintain good working relations with internal and external stakeholders.
Arabic and English language skills are essential
Team oriented and collaborative working style


Education:
Bachelor’s Degree qualified. HR Administrator profession
