Monthly Salary - SR ‎6500 Tax free

Quarterly Bonus
‎2 years initial contract and then ‎42 days leave return flights provided back
to country of origin thereafter ‎1 year extensions with ‎21 days per annum
‎3 months initial accommodation provided

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or any other degree related
to the field
Minimum ‎5 years' experience as a Fitness Manager

Distributing the group exercise classes' schedules and allocating the trainers
for each class in an effective way to ensure efficient and effective resource
management.
Estimating the total number of trainers needed in the club by analysing the
pre-set schedules and examining the number of members in each program, class,
etc. in order to raise the overall performance of the club.
Rescheduling the trainers' schedules in case of trainers absent to ensure
smooth operations in all types of training sessions.
Following up on trainers' attendance and trainers' needs such as: uniforms,
tools, etc. to keep in line with the company's policies, rules and
regulations.
Monitoring the machines and equipment working conditions, as well as raising
any malfunctions to the direct supervisor to take the appropriate action.
Suggesting new ideas and techniques in the different types of trainings given
in the club by searching and analysing the latest fitness trends given in the
world's leading clubs to become a pioneer in the latest fitness innovative
activities and to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Giving the needed training and fitness advisory to the members when needed to
enhance the members experience and accordingly their retention.
Providing the needed training to the newly hired trainers according to the
policies and procedures followed in the clubs in order to unify and
standardize the way of doing the job.
Submitting all related reports to the direct supervisor through the designated
communication channel to keep him informed about all fitness activities given
and to investigate all aspects related to improvements.
Supervising the performance of the trainers from a quality perspective; by
attending their classes or trainings sessions to ensure that all trainers are
performing as required as well as ensuring that all of them are qualified for
doing the job.
Overseeing day to day swimming pool's safety by supervising the lifeguard's
performance.
Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct
supervisor.

Administrative Duties
Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure that priorities are
clear and workflow is running smoothly.
Preparing periodic reports with respect to the Unit's activities and
achievements.
Ensuring that instructions, circulars and organizational and operational
decisions are followed and applied.
Appraising direct reports' performance according to scheduled plans and
recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices.
Recommending training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of
training courses in coordination with the concerned Department.
Following-up on employee's administrative affairs such as vacations, leaves,
etc.
Nominating a deputy to carry out the responsibilities of the position whenever
the need arises.
