Job Responsibilities:
- Must have good knowledge of land transportation and local market.
- Transport vendor management.
- Managing the deliveries of assigned customers, solving out day to day issues the very same day and sending the timely updates to clients with full responsibility and accountability.
- Making the delivery schedule on daily basis.
- GPS tracking of all vehicles for assigned customers.
- Collecting the Trip sheets from all drivers and verifying them in all aspect before forwarding to manager. Making sure that time, kilometer, other details are correctly entered. Trip sheet should be forwarded to operations manager within 48 hours from the completion of trip.
- Prepare gate pass / Notification memo for each vehicle and properly mention starting KM, time IN/OUT Driver/Helper names, ending KM, with all concerns signature.
- For repairs of vehicle coordination with CCG (Garage) Coordinator. The issue to be addressed to AOM for follow up and quick action.
- Maintaining all records and doing proper documentation all the time. All related customer's vouchers / reimbursement bills etc. to be sent to operations manager within 48 hours.
- Regular checking of diesel consumption of all assigned vehicles.
- HACCP & ISO compliance responsibility. Make sure drivers, helpers and vehicles allotted are in compliance to set procedure.
- Make sure all assigned team members always maintain good hygiene and are in company uniform during the office hours. To make a small report on performance of team and submit on Saturday meetings.
- Coordination with respective sales personal as and when required.
- Follow the defined SOP related to client strictly.
- Solve all day-to-day operation issues with customers related to company's trucks, trips and staffs.
Authority:
- Recommendation for best helper and driver from the team.
- Can recommend for penalty for assigned team for not following company policy.

- Customer Relation & Engagement
a) Retention & business development
b) Timely and accurate responses to customer
c) Customer complaint & feedback
- Cost saving recommendation and involvement; like diesel control, reduction in idling hours, accurate overtime etc.
- Utilization of resources
- Timely submission of documents such as Trip sheets, vouchers etc.
- Punctuality & sincerity
- QHSE initiatives
- Follow the SOPs during the absence of the line manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of operations coordination experience in logistics/transport division.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Food logistics industry experience preferred.
