URGENTLY REQUIRED SYSTEM ANALYST FOR M/s ARABIC COMPUTER SYSTEM CO. SAUDI
ARABIA.

JOB PURPOSE :
* Develop and support global Business Applications (BA) functional requirements that enable business strategy and get the optimal value of CUSTOMER BA investments.
* Contribute in all aspects of project assessment and delivery for new demands of in-house built applications as well as ready-make packages implementations and enhancements.
* Perform end-user support operations for all department applications and meet service level agreements.
* 3 to 6 Years of Experience in the relevant fields.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Gather, analyze and enable business requirements.
* Perform technical and functional software evaluation.
* Act as a second line support for issues.
* Lead troubleshooting activities including communications/escalations with vendors and other IT teams.
* Manage server patching activities.
