Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated individual or technically inclined team
member to take the responsibility for technical assistance.
Your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed. You will
have plenty of room to be creative and management is always open to new
suggestions.
1. Preparation of quotation for various partners ' products and services.
2. Working on turnkey lab project with a team.
3. Source, select, negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of
quality, price, terms, deliveries and services for all projects assigned.
4. Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents
and maintain a complete purchasing record.
5. Maintain and follow up submitted quotations, purchase order and deliveries
and resolving any issues on orders and deliveries with logistic team member.
6. Resolving any related issues with the customers with regards to quotations
and deliveries.
7. Assist in preparation and submission of any tender or contracts
8. Supporting sales team on their cases
9. Coordination of Training at Factory and at customer site
10. Vendor registration and update
11. Management support in all administrative task
Job requirements
This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal and presentation
skills, and office management experience. You need to be self-directed and
have organizational and problem-solving skills.
Applicants must have:
* Should Posses a Engineering degree
* Applicants should have at least three years experience in same field
* Knowledge of logistics is plus
* Experience with Microsoft Office products including advanced Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English.
* Travel might be required to visit our partners.
* A positive disposition.
