* Set policies and processes.
* Handle the legal matters.
* Vender management.
* Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
* Benchmark with marketing agencies.
* Public relations.
* Team management.
* Quality Control.
* Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Other Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Operation Manager or similar role.
* Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
* Strong analytical ability.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
* BSc/BA in Business Administration, MSc/MA is a plus.
