We are seeking a Management and Professional Trainer to join the Professional
development Program (PDP) under the Career Development Division (CDD) of the
Management & Professional Development Department (M&PDD).
PDPG is responsible of supporting and developing the young employees who join
Saudi Aramco with no experience.
The Management & Professional Trainer's primary role is to serve as a
facilitator to the PDP's in the areas of adaptability, career progression,
goal sitting and other soft skills training courses (in-person and virtual) a.
This includes most aspects of the Human Resource Development (HRD) function,
such as needs assessment, research, design of training sources, instruction,
piloting, and evaluation.
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Human resource discipline
Master degree is preferred
Experience:
Have 6 to 10 years of experience in the delivery of training programs focused
on professional development.
Have experience in preparing a classroom learning environment and conducting
training for 5 to 100 participants.
Have experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.
Have experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning
environment.
Able to prepare a training classroom environment as well as conduct and
evaluate courses.
Have strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels
within the organization and expert ability to effectively manage a classroom
environment during training.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills:
Have experience using multiple virtual delivery platforms and their tools.
Have experience using engaging tools and technologies in a learning
environment, including content creation on these mediums. This includes, but
is not limited to, simulations and virtual models.
Have experience with the instructional design of workshops and the
corresponding documents to support the learner, including interactive digital
participant guides.
Build experience through continuous research of industry channels for
developments in learning and identify practices and technologies appropriate
to the organization's needs.
