Assistant Farm Manager II (Farming) - Almarai

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To assist the Farm Manager in the successful operation of the farming unit by
the close supervision of work and by the provision of guidance and advice to
all staff to enable them to achieve their objectives.

ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION :
Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent qualification.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
‎7 years experience in the management of large dairy herds within the company.

COMPETENCIES: Livestock management skills; Must have good man management
skills; Influencing skills; Good communication skills. Driving license.
