Position Objectives:
The Special Projects Project Manager is responsible for the Managing sites
dismantling, dismantling Process, dismantling data upload on Asset Dismantling
Management System, sub-contractors, equipment delivery to the Warehouse and
coordinating all activities with all relevant stakeholders. The Project
manager will also handle additional requirements for any other type of special
projects such as TETRA projects management and he takes an active involvement
in managing and fixing the day-to-day issues arising during the execution of
his work.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Manage the consultant services, control quality and quantity of work
performed, guide the team, and carry the overall responsibility for the task
fulfillment and the Consultant's activities.
Set objectives and priorities for the execution of work in line with the
project scope and Client’s requirements.
Perform Assets verification by comparing assets from all three sources “Survey
report, Design Data, and As-built extract” for complete site.
Reflect all information required for Asset dismantling on Asset Dismantling
Management System (ADMS), with all pre-requisites and justifications.

Manage and track dismantled equipment delivery to the warehouse.
Keep good track of all dismantling scope, activities, assets, ..etc.
Ensure a detailed Project Plan and necessary and satisfactory project
procedures are established to direct all project work in order to maintain
timely execution and quality of work.
Monitor project progress and proactively track bottlenecks and related issues
to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met.
Coordinate project activities with all involved departments and sections
departments to ensure well-ordered, end-to-end execution of all project tasks.
Supervise work results and compare results with guidelines and project plans.
Ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to Client in
required format, quantity and quality, and ensure timely and correct
presentation and explanation of results.
Establish mechanism to track, review and clarify problem issues raised in the
project, and to identify actions needed to resolve project blocking issues.
Hold regular project progress review and coordination meetings with key
project team members, with Contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Conduct regular reviews of changing project requirements, organization, and
resource needs, and provide recommendations for changes accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a
university or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of ‎8 years telecommunication experience, and handling Asset
dismantling on Asset Dismantling Management System .
A strong knowledge and professional experience in implementing GSM projects.
Team work, Communication skills and knowledge transfer capability, self
motivated with minimum supervision.
Good understanding and experience with Telecom Asset Classification (Assets,
Services, Software and Consumable assets)

An extensive knowledge and professional experience should have been obtained
within the fields of managing projects, project control, Asset Management,
Dismantling projects, and coordination with the Client and the Contractor.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English language.
