strategies. With offices in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Canada,
it implements forward-looking projects under a holistic approach in Europe,
Canada and the Middle East.
Andreas Kipar and a team of around ‎150 professionals from landscape
architecture, architecture, urbanism, agronomy, engineering and science have
been supporting regions, cities and communities in their processes of
transformation and regeneration for over ‎30 years.

Responsabilities:
* You communicate the vision and mission of LAND and strengthen our brand.
* You will manage and advice local clients and authorities to support them in the realisation of their requests.
* You bear overall entrepreneurial responsibility for costs, performance, results and quality.
* You lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
* You set goals and objectives for the team and monitoring their progress.
* You assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
* You plan and organize work schedules and resources to ensure efficient operations.
* You develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
* You monitor the application of company QMS procedures

What we expect from you:
* You are a registered landscape architect, architect or engineer with focus on landscape architecture
* You have ‎10+ years of proven experience at a senior level at all stages of major and/or complex projects from proposal preparation to final completion and closeout of projects.
* You have excellent experience with multiple projects, especially in leading, producing and coordinating the process and documentation for municipalities and authorities
* You think entrepreneurially and are open to development and design.
* You are highly motivated and have the ability to work independently, in a structured manner and to make decisions quickly.
* Proficient understanding of technical software (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Autodesk Revit)
* Distinct networking skills, above-average commitment and high resilience.
* Fluency and comprehension in English language. Desirable: Fluency and comprehension in Arabic language.
