Basic Functions
Performs aviation logistical supply support functions for the Directorate of
Aviation Programs and Ministry of National Guard (DAP/MNG) Petroleum, Oil &
Lubricants (POL) program. Manages, maintains, and projects future Class III
requirements by ensuring that inventories are completed on time and in
accordance with published guidelines. Ensures thorough projection analysis is
complete so that units retain the d load list POL in support of daily
operations. Load and unload material within a warehouse or storage facility;
utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or other handling equipment to move
material. Maintain accurate POL status through automated means (Excel, ERP,
etc.)

Major Duties and Responsibilities
A. Duties/responsibilities:
‎1. Responsible for the daily operation of the POL storage facility in support
of DAP/MNG operations.
‎2. Ensure that POL items are projected and ordered to maintain the correct
amount for mission support.
‎3. Perform inventory cycle counts; research missing items and report any
discrepancies.
‎4. Prepare and maintain required forms, records, correspondence, reports, and
files; ensure proper documentation for accuracy.
‎5. Load and unload material within a warehouse or storage facility; utilizes
hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or other handling equipment to move material.
‎6. Assist with other warehouse or support duties in furtherance of the
Aviation Logistics and Transportation Division mission.
‎7. This position requires travel and work at multiple sites in support ALTD
taskings (Dirab, Khasm Al An Airfield and Heliport, etc.)
B. Independence: Perform within the guidelines of duties and responsibilities
under the direction of the POL Lead.
C. Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Minimum Qualifications
A. Education Level:
‎1. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
‎2. Preferred: Advanced degree.
B. Training Certifications:
‎1. Required: Graduated from course of study introducing familiarity with POL
products and handling procedures..
‎2. Preferred: Graduated from a military Logistical Supply School (POL) or
equivalent experience.
C. Experience:
‎1. Required: Two years' experience in logistics, POL handling or relevant
experience.
‎2. Preferred: ‎4 years' experience as an Aviation Logistical Supply (POL)or
support function.
D. Specific knowledge, skills, ability:
‎1. Proficient in the use of computer-hosted technical publications, and
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
‎2. Familiar with MSDS/SDS, hazardous materials handling and safety.
‎3. Professional English language verbal, written, and interpersonal
communication skills.
‎4. Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and
courteous manner.
‎5. Possess a valid driver's license.
