Job Responsibilities:
* Execute daily management of the Data Centre security program to align with corporate objectives, policies and standards.
* Be responsible for managing a wide range of security vendors supporting systems and people.
* Recruit, organise and manage an on-site uniformed, security team.
* Be responsible for performance management, education and training related to all physical security and safety controls, processes and daily security operational management.
* Be responsible for maintaining a proactive relationship with local first responders and government agencies.
* Collaborating with department managers to determine security needs.
* Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
* Controlling the security operations budget, monitoring expenses, and documenting processes.
* Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.
* Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.
