Job Description
The main purpose of the job is to maximize the value of our Company's Vaccines
in Institutions in the three countries. Achieve budgeted sales in Institution
while increasing customers' experience with Vaccines through keeping a
customer centric approach. Plan and Execute Implementation Programs for NIP &
ensure partnership with Health Authorities during Vaccination Campaigns. Lead,
drive and ensure the strategic and operational process (short and long term,
from seeking inclusion opportunities, vaccines implementation for each of
included brands, and co-ordinate cross-functional and cross-departmental
teamwork & work closely with Brand & Customer Manager to develop successful
implementation programs.
Responsibilities:
* Develop relation with Key stakeholders in the Health Authorities (HA) & ensure their engagement in our Company´s activities
* Conduct implementation programs including planning, implementation and tracking in alignment with key strategic objectives
* Ensure implementation of National Immunization Programs (NIP) through planning activities that will increase the knowledge of our Company´s vaccines & their utilization in collaboration with HAs
* Identify & seek new opportunities for new NIP inclusions& expansion
* Work on opportunities for corporate vaccination programs from planning to implementation of programs
* Work on extending the reach of patients to the vaccines in institution through awareness campaigns & partnership with customers.
* Continuously upgrading technical knowledge and skills to follow up new market events and environmental event related to public sector
* 100% execution of Compliance/ PV SOPs.
Requirements:
* 3-5 year of professional medical representative experience
* Vaccines experience is a plus
* Fluent in English
* Strong skills in strategic planning, conflict management and communication
* Planning and Project Management skills
* Excellent at problem solving, and team-working
* Having Customer Centric Approach, being business oriented
* Creative, multiple task oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Collaborative, committed, result-oriented and self-motivated personality
* High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Account Management: demonstrates ability to apply understanding of account needs, motivators and inter-dependencies in order to independently develop and execute short-term plans to achieve account objectives and to contribute to development of long-term account plans and customer-centric solutions.
* Demonstrates ability to communicate the value proposition and ability to drive mutually beneficial business opportunities with key customers.
* Customer engagement & influencing skills - ability to effectively navigate the customers' environment and understand their evolving needs to align objectives and drive customer networks & partnerships to achieve results
* Outstanding understanding of Public Health, Local Government and the inter-dependencies between these organizations.
Work conditions:
* Based in Kuwait or Qatar
* 30-50% travel time
* Field Based Position.
