As a Tapster You Will:

* Act as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of merchants, addressing any issues that they may have with payment or technical issues
* Provide technical support for merchants to support pre-sales and post-sales processes, and proactively anticipate merchants ' needs
* Lead product training and perform merchant business reviews as needed
* Understand Tap Payments products and their underlying architecture
* Perform regular technical audits on merchants' integration; provide code samples and recommendations for optimizing it and ensuring best practices are adopted
* Advocate product improvement requests with our cross-functional teams
* Monitor accounts to ensure optimal transaction performance
* Other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role.

What You Bring to the Party:

* ‎3-‎5 years experience in technical account management, product/software development, or production environment
* Bachelor 's degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent
* Familiarity with technical concepts, APIs, programming languages, or markup languages
* The ability to expertly prioritize and handle concurrent merchant projects and issues
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A self-starter with strong organization skills and resolution management
* An ability to grasp customers' needs and suggest timely solutions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
