We are seeking a talented and professional senior people specialist to ensure
the smooth and efficient daily operations of a company. The people operations
specialist focus on enhancing employees experience, optimizing processes and
procedures to achieve maximum efficiency to support the organisation success
and our employees are the happiest in the industry.


As a Tapster You Will:
* Work closely with group people teams to keep micro-focus on assessing the people needs of the organisation are met in areas such as performance management, talent acquisition, career development, diversity and compensation/rewards.
* Act as conciliar to the leadership teams to engage in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into people operations plans.
* Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
* Work with line managers and employees to address various fairly representing all interests equally
* Maintain official HR/employee records and files for all employees and ensure updating.
* Ensure compliance with employment policies including classification, assignment, salary placement, evaluations, leaves, benefit administration, and resignations/termination
* Maintain system records.
* Collect required payroll and benefit documents, coordinate with the Payroll department to initiate payroll processing
* Manage health insurance programs.
* Track department budgets.
* Support the hiring managers in the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
* Respond to employees' queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage government portals (GOSI, LMRA, Tamkeen) and ensure compliance
* Be an employee activist within the organisation to support their needs and performance


What You Bring to the Party:



  • Bachelor 's degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.

  • A minimum of ‎7 years' proven experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in using Human resources systems.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems

  • Tech-savvy, with a passion for Technology.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation skills and problem solving.

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.

  • Ability to adapt well to and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
