JOB OBJECTIVE
* The Document Controller of the Project is a dynamic role that will cooperate and coordinate closely with the most of the stockholders members within the Project to make sure that communication is transferred and filed as per the Project approved Management Plan (PMP).
* The person should be Saudi national having Project management experience.
* Business Administration certification is required.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the record and filing of all activity reports/letters/drawings/plans to ensure all data is available at any time.
* Conduct regular review and monitor the quality of such reports and highlight to the PM/PMO if the reports do not meet the expected standards.
* Gathering in due time, from all the various stakeholders involved, all the necessary information, complement and consolidate them as necessary, enabling the issuance of the weekly/monthly reports.
* Work closely with Customer Document Controller counterparts, in the reinforcement of governance according to the approved Project Management Plan where necessary, concerning the quality and relevance of documentation.
* Proactively organizing regular reviews to monitor the need in new partnerships, and the progress on the qualification of partners.
* Assist the partnership managers and PM in the follow-up of the resulting actions plans and highlighting any discrepancy or deviations from the plans.
* Assist PM/PMO in the preparation of reports and presentation materials for review meetings.
* Required to collect/submit documents from/to the Customer, so a valid driving license is required.
* Required to travel from time to time within the kingdom.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in Project Management Administration
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
* Diploma in Business Administration
PREFERRED SKILLS
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Comfortable with administration-heavy tasks and handling data
* He/She shall be autonomous, meticulous, strong team player, organized and has strong follow-up skills
