The holder of this role will act as PACE COE and super user, to ensure system
efficiency, and smooth and effective utilization, with minimal interruptions,
and ensure data quality and reports validations and accuracy.
Responsibilities
* Lead PACE implementation and rollout for all DSD Locations
* Lead on the maintenance of sales digital tools and hardware
* Perform necessary train the trainer sessions on all digitization and PACE materials across sales population of all layers
* Execution of HH development, new launches and support projects, constitution of report system and tracking methods.
* Partner with SSFL IT for any enhancement and development for MEA S &D and HH functionality and reports from sales function.
* Ensure system sustainability by clear documentation and efficient backup strategy.
* Support in troubleshooting and solve daily Issues related to SAP and Newspage (Pace2) for all locations in KSA as first point of contact.
* Testing SAP and Newspage (Pace2) new enhancement or Issue or any new promotions (Test on UAT if it is working fine then confirm to implement on Production)
* Assigning Must Load Request for Locations in Newspage back office
* Requesting for Quotations Printer Thermal Paper and make PO for approved quotation
* Updating Monthly Dashboard for Fact book (Direct Sell)
* Communicate to all locations Mangers, Supervisor, Admin and Salesmen about any new enhancement in Newspage and SAP
* Be the Super User for PACE at DSD business, to report all incidents and do necessary testing for solved issues
* Provide technical support for PACE users from the field
* Perform necessary market visits and DC visits at all DSD locations to test real life execution of all PACE Functionalities
* Perform necessary reports data validation, to ensure accuracy, and data quality
* Extract and communicate back office reports for users for decision making and execution
Qualifications
* Commercial awareness - strong knowledge of what's important/needed by Sales to develop Selling tools and stories and delivering Gold standard execution.
* Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills - Confidence to lead and direct discussion across all levels. Ability to engage and enthuse others with clear, concise communication to reach decision and recommendation.
* Project Management - ability to pull together, manage and lead cross-functional teams. Build critical paths, communicate clearly and maintain focus & momentum against key initiatives.
* Organisational ability - managing a large workload, strong analytical skills.
* Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG Company for a minimum of 2 years
* Very Good English and Arabic language skills.
* No travel restrictions
