Development, the goal is to increase customer satisfaction and productivity by
supporting in structuring education programs thereby optimize customer
training experience. Assisting businesses with greater brand recognition and
financial growth and working with business managers, sales and marketing
experts, assessing current market trends, and submitting unique business
concepts to increase revenue. Promoting company products and services. Manage
and develop strategies for all CS Service Processes in order to drive
operational excellence. Control all performance parameter and develop process
enhancements where required. Support the CS organization in all related issues
What are my Responsibilities: * Execute Contractual customer abroad training
requests as per company policy and regulations * Monitors the communication
with HQ, Training Center, or fellowship admins to choose suitable training,
and communicate with local Stakeholder and travel agency * Monitor general
Service Performance via CS standard parameters (KPI) and inform CS management
any deviation related to process and/or IT solutions Analyze related sources
and propose solutions * Develop market and customer-oriented service marketing
strategies, offerings, communication methods * Ensure efficient execution of
all CS Business portfolio in order to drive CS Revenue and market growth *
Accuracy and attention to detail is critical * Excellent verbal and written
communications and interpersonal skills What do I need to qualify for this
job? * Possesses bachelor's degree in business or equivalent * Technical
knowledge and understanding of medical imaging * Typically, 3-5 years of
successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key *
Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. * Proficiency in Microsoft
Excel * Proficiency in SAP CS, Spiridon Knowledge and MS office, ATCT tool
