At Sabbar, we cherish our employees; we are obsessed with providing them the
promised value they deserve. As HR and Admin officer, your duties involve a
wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating
meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important
part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees,
ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
You'll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents. Most
importantly, you will also be responsible to keep our employees happy by
arranging events and activities for the team
What you'll do and learn
- Responsible of day-to-day operations of the HR functions, including but not limited to: maintaining employee records, compliance with government's regulations, etc.
- Manage after our office, break rooms, and most importantly the fridge
- Provide Admin support to other executives when it comes to collection and other administrative tasks
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services like GOSI, Mudad, Ministry of labor when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Plan fun team activities that beat our previous activities in the past: movie nights, outdoor picnics, and karting .. and not to forget our remote people

- Fresh Graduate or upto 1 year of experience
- Detail-oriented, and well organized
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- You value human connection and like building relationships
- Self-taught learner
- Strong English & Arabic communication skills (Presenting, writing, etc)
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Knows how to order pizza (JK we have cool apps to do that nowadays)
