Project Implementation Engineer

About this opportunity!

We are looking for a Project Implementation Field Engineer (E2E Tester who
will ensure that the implementation of Backhaul for Access Networks is carried
out in accordance with Ericsson instructions, quality requirements and within
project budget.

What will you do:

• Interact with Customer, Rollout (NRO) Team, for site engineering related activities at each stage


• Perform ETE / N2N testing from Backhaul to end site


• Perform Ping test over Cisco / Ericsson router to declare connectivity


• Perform tests on various types of multivendor Backhaul solution (DWDM, DF_PE AGG, MBH, DF, GPON, NON-GPON, IPMPLS … ETC)


• Ability to test using Power Meter and laser source


• Ensure the management of performance and risk in environment, occupational health & safety (EHS)


• Build and develop an impactful service team culture by proactive attitude, teamwork focus


• Prepare and plan rollout activities


• Perform, report and close activities


• Have basic knowledge of telecommunication Industry and standards


• Ability to work on day and night activities whenever needed.


• Ability to work on emergency weekends activities whenever needed.


• Ability to travel to customer sites for rollout activities

You will bring:
*
Associate or bachelor 's degree in (electrical / communication/ computer) /
engineering or equivalent
* CCNA is a plus
* Knows how to communicate well in English and Arabic
* Min years of experience: ‎1-‎4 years on network implementation
* Domain-experience: RAN (Radio Access Network)
* Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
* You will plan, coordinate, lead and supervise:
* Following processes, procedures, and instructions
* Deciding and initiating action
* knowledgeable in the work area of responsibility
* Dependent on work area typical experience from working as coordinator between different teams and customer
* You should have experience in customer relations and good technical skills
* Awareness of all EHS statutory requirements

This role is flexible to be hired in Riyad or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
