What You Can Expect

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering a high
quality of service to all internal and external customers ensuring customers '
orders are sent in an efficient and timely manner to achieve customer
satisfaction while complying with the company's policies & procedures.


How You Create Impact


  • Receive, prepare, and record all required information

  • Process customer orders on SAP

  • Monitor open orders daily and make sure they are shipped

  • Follow up on all open orders

  • Ensure return credits are processed accurately and in a timely basis

  • Make sure customers' Master Data is well kept on SAP

  • Maintain good customer relations by efficient handling of orders/queries either by telephone, mail, fax or e-mail

  • Liaise with marketing, operations and demand control to make sure orders are delivered on time and in full

  • Identify customer needs and ensure the company is represented in a business-like manner at all times

  • Prepare the required report to make sure correct visibility is given to management


What Will Make You Stand Out


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economic Science or Equivalent.

  • A minimum of ‎3 years of Customer Services experience in a similar sector


What Will Make You Successful


  • Experience in Windows Office Software, SAP eligible

  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken & written.

  • French is a plus

  • Analytical skills to analyze the open order and foresee/plan future tasks

  • Strong coordination skill

  • High level of communication capacity with all parties

  • Organized

  • Detail oriented

  • Solution driven

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Meet deadlines
