You will be joining our Industry X Capital Projects practice, where we focus
on the following key areas:
* Digital Engineering
* Project Management & Controls
* Capital Projects Operating Model and Digital Strategy
As a Capital Projects Consultant/Analyst, you will:
* Bring digital capabilities, industry knowledge, analytics experience, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Capital Projects industry to deliver business value
* Work with leading clients across industries such as Smart Cities, Public Infrastructure, Utilities, Travel & Entertainment, Real Estate, Oil & Gas and suppliers to deliver capital projects excellence
* Help in planning, monitoring and control for mega/large capital projects by providing valuable insights to client to ensure projects are executed in time, within budget with the right quality and sustainability.
* Coordinate/liaison with various internal and external stakeholders across the capital projects lifecycle to generate meaningful reports and apply analytical tools to carve out insights through reports, periodic reviews and meetings from top floor to shop floor
* Work with leading software platforms MS Projects, Primavera, Prism, Unifier, ProCore, Ecosys including implementation of solutions across the lifecyle
* Develop Project Specific deliverables such as Operating Model, Risk Register, Communication Matrix, Project Governance, PEP, specific Process & Procedures etc.
* Help shape, sell and deliver projects that create tangible value - including current state assessments, seeing opportunities to increase efficiency, and developing solutions, business case and roadmaps to achieve the right value led outcomes for the client
* Design future ways of working - operating models, business functions and processes, and technology, whilst working closely with business and technology strategists, process owners and subject matter experts
* Construct and execute opportunity plan, including win themes, win tactics & action plan, relationship plan, deal shaping and price-to-win

Preferred Skills & Experiences
* ‎2-‎5 years for Analyst and ‎6-‎8 years of experience for Consultant in Project Design & Engineering for Capital Projects with strong understanding of managed services in Capital Build
* Experience in delivering large-scale capital projects across Industry groups & geographies
* Demonstrate expertise across one or more of following areas
* Implement digital tools and digital strategies for the clients
* Knowledge of IoT and related technologies to drive client discussions for digital enablement
* Knowledge of Advanced Work Packages, Capital Projects Command Centre & its elements
* Strategic procurement and development of digitally enabled solutions for procurement
* Knowledge on key aspects on Capital projects including Project Controls, Contract Management, Risk Management, Schedule management, cost management and Engineering Services
* Functional Processes/Domain experience across the project lifecycle- FEED, Engineering, Planning and Execution, Procurement & Supply Chain, Construction, Commissioning Planning & Execution, Budget and Cost Monitoring, Contract Lifecycle Management etc.
* Hands on experience & profound knowledge of working with leading solution and platforms for Capital project delivery such as MS Projects, Primavera, Prism, Unifier, ProCore, Ecosys
* Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView etc. is an added advantage is preferable
* Experience in consulting team delivery with a track record of delivering projects successfully on time and on budget
* Excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling delivering consulting engagements with comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C Suite executives
* Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or in Design & Engineering Product Function is desirable
* Strong, well-structured communication skills, both written and oral skills, English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus

* You have an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
* You enjoy being on the move, visiting clients and partners for meetings and workshops
* You are Saudi-based or willing to transfer to this emerging country
* You are an Arabic speaker and have experience in GCC region
* You have direct relevant experience in Capital Projects in KSA/GCC, especially mega projects
