Join our Team
Mixologist works directly and actively support the role of the F&B Supervisors
and F&B Management. He / She provides hotel guests and servers with quick and
efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products
served by the Hotel.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who possess
* The ability to requisition, pick up, verify, and put away all requisitions for drinks and food items used for the bar areas.
* Offer guests of the lounge an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
* Develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation.
* Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
* Excellent customer service skills with great enthusiasm, superior interpersonal skills, result-oriented and highly self-motivated
* Professional, service-oriented, eager to help co-workers, adaptable to changes
* Good understanding of all hotel departments and operations
* High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the hotel
* Knowledge and experience of F&B operation
* To have expert knowledge about mixed drinks.
* Knowledge of MS office programs and Micros POS system.
* Proficiency in English and second language is preferred.
* High attention to detail, strong organization skills, result orientation, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task
* Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work schedule
* Superior communication skills
* Applicants are ‎1-‎2 years of bartending, mixologist and/or related Food & Beverage service experience, previous Hotel operations experience, university degree or equivalent experiences are preferred
