ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties
may be assigned.
* Develop site LEED credits attainment program to EB O+M.
* Verify completion of LEED NC elements for the site based on construction activities.
* Prepare and operate metric reports against the following, (Not limited to the following)
* Energy & Other Utility Consumption metrics.
* Monitoring and Targeting
* Baseline target adherence
* LEED Attainment status
* Audit activity against LEED
* Develop and operate LEED green Training systems for the site in support of LEED credit attainment.
* Support to Projects Engineer in regards to requirements for LEED and Sustainable projects charter for site.
* Run the Environmental Mgt program including completion of site surveys and reporting against site goals on same.
* Provide input for performance indicators, and ensure follow-up
* Provide detailed and technically accurate reports to the site on the program to support budget decisions and or response from technical to highlighted items.
* Work with Procurement in terms of requirements of Sustainable procurement policies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor of Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline to support scope above.
* LEED AP system accredited.
* Certified Energy Manager to AEE an advantage
* LEED O+M a distinct advantage
* Previous support of a LEED EB O+M project a significant advantage
* Currently working within the KSA on similar projects a distinct advantage.
* 5 Years working within an Environmental and Energy Department supporting to technical operations.
* Familiar with Ashrae Standards Level 1 & 2 systems for Audit, IPMVP and other systems to support site audit.
