Responsibilities:
* Work as L2 of support.
* Issues troubleshooting and identifying the root cause and solving them.
* Supporting in DB/Application levels.
* Writing incident reports.
* Deployment alignment with L2.
* Work direct with the Development team for critical issues.
* Use monitoring tools to detect and solve issues before escalated.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in Application Support
* Has excellent knowledge of how to use Databases
* Expert in at least one of the known monitoring tools
* Familiar with the deployment and release process
* Familiar with ticketing systems
* familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms
* Strong operations skills in Linux operating system
* High SQL knowledge
* Troubleshooting Identifying and resolving technical issues
* Known how to read logs
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Flexibility to work on shifts.
