The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Support and implementation Analyst (m/f/*) for Health information System
Division at 3M Saudi Arabia, you will have the opportunity to tap into your
curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people
around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
* Building and testing ADT interface
* Installing and implementing Web and Windows application for hospitals on server and workstations
* Defining and agreeing on technical requirements with customer
* Providing technical training to customers
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for
candidates who must have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree or higher from an accredited institution in Software engineer
* Experience in customer support and software implementation
* Train customers on various products
* Team working attitude
* Customer oriented
* Focus on results
* Self-working person
* Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
Technical skills:
* Interface HL7 expert
* Interface batch import and export
* Very good knowledge of servers and workstation OS
* Very good troubleshooting skills of OS, Network, Firewall, Internet connection, File share, User access, Group Policy
* Very good knowledge of SQL Database permission, Queries, SQL management Studio
* Good knowledge of Virtual machines and VDI
* Install Windows and Web applications on servers and workstations
* Experience in Programing Web and Windows applications in C++, C#, ASP, Microsoft Dot Net, Java and others
* Very good knowledge of RDP and CITRIX
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Tools like; Event Viewer, OS monitoring, network monitoring
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this
role include
* Knowledge of health care system in the Gulf region
* DBA administrator
* Network administrator
* Knowledge of Coding classification and groupers
