Your tasks and responsibilities
* Ensure the effective management of physical logistics activities by meeting delivery targets, monitoring progress and developing performance improvement programmers. Priorities activities within/across teams to maximize efficiency.
* Management and maintenance of effective working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure collaborative working.
* Proactively manage problems and insure arising. Recoding and tracking resolution of each in order to achieve products requirements.
* You will ensure supply deliveries to customers in proper way (Customer focus)
* You will be responsible for regular monitoring Medical Supply in MOH & BP W/H.
* You will provide support to BP to ensure best logistic & Supply chain support to Customers.
* You will Coordinate between
* Provide supervision & coordination for both SHS Regional office logistic team & BPs logistic team.
* You will align with Country manager for your activities
* Alignment of medium-term planning activity within the day-to-day operation of physical logistics.
Your Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor 's degree in Business, science or equivalent
* Requires depth knowledge of the working of a W/H logistics operation and the importance of compliance regulations.
* Requires excellent planning & expediting knowledge and skills and can demonstrate good experience of using asset tracking W/H and planning systems. in depth knowledge of customer & supplier logistics documentation.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in logistic & supply chain management.
* Experience with MOH Medical supply in KSA
* Deep knowledge of IT solutions
* Strong level of English, Arabic is mandatory
