Jacobs is supporting a Government organisation within the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia to help modernize and develop its communications network and part of
this strategy is the implementation of a Nationwide Fibre Network. This
includes the supply, installation and design of fibre optic projects at
multiple locations (Central, East and West) within the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia.
As Framework Project Director you will ultimately support our client's team in
helping to implement business strategy by establishing a suitable governance
framework and programme structure. Your responsibilities will require you to:-
* Provide overall management and operational support to our staff involved in the project
* Seek opportunities to grow the framework/programme for Jacobs to maximise top and bottom-line growth and performance
* Provide required leadership and exercise effective management of the project to comply with Jacobs best practice in project management
* Promote and reinforce Jacob's culture and values with our client and our project team
* Provide coaching and guidance to our people by building and managing meaningful and supportive relationships across the organization
* Support our client's team with the management of portfolio of multiple projects, managing their interdependencies, resourcing and any proposed changes which may affect project priorities
* Work closely with internal and external recruiters to ensure resources are experienced and qualified to deliver the resource plan and meet client demand
Here 's What You'll Need:
As a successful applicant you will be Bachelor's degree qualified and will
ideally possess a Professional qualification in project management, such as
APM PQ, PMI or another recognized qualification (PRINCE2) beneficial.
You will have a demonstrable track record in programme assurance, governance
and methodology and will ideally have experience working within a dry utility
environment such as Telecom/Network infrastructure covering design and
installation.
