Responsible for the coordination, execution & oversight of Financial Planning
& Budgeting. Manages and direct the timely development of entities financial
plan and forecast, and the Internal and External budgets.
1. Prepares financial forecasts and the annual operating budget in
consideration of hospital strategy and Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
2. Directs and manage the Department mandates and facilitating work processes
in order to achieve performance standards
3. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality
standards in the Financial Planning & Budgeting department.
4. Collaborates with the Director of Budgeting, Planning, Analytics &
Reporting to discuss the weekly/monthly progress reports, seek guidance on
resolving challenges etc.
5. Ensures segregation of duties across the department.
6. Ensures compliance & coordination with MOF rules regulations and act as
the focal point to coordinate all MOF requirements for budget needs as needed.
7. Monitors financial performance at the level of the organization, business
lines and support divisions by comparing actual versus the approved budget.
8. Provides timely and accurate financial information to the Organization's
Business Lines and Support divisions.
9. Ensures high level of customer service is delivered and maintained and
that internal customers are satisfied by following up on requests in a timely
manner.
Master 's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
is required.
Nine (9) years of related experience including four (4) years in a senior/
supervisory capacity with Master 's, or elven (11) years with Bachelor's
Degree is required.
