What You'll Do:
* Work with local governmental institutions to help with VISAs processes and other work related documents.
* Taking care of documentation workflow.
* Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries;
* Performing administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding.
* Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems;
* Contact suppliers and vendors
* Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date;
* Assist the Country Manager in the deployment and monitoring of activities on organisational, logistical and administrative aspects;
* Manage logistics for internal and external events, scheduling and execution (i.e.: Meet-up, holiday party, annual team development event & happy hours);
* Cooperating with other departments
* Work on special projects as requested
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Fluent English & native Arabic.
* At least a year of experience in a similar role
* Fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workplace ;
* Experience in working with governmental institutions
* Holding KSA passport (Saudi national)
* Experience in managing travel arrangements
* Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and problem solving ability;
* Positive attitude, openness to challenges; work independently
