Business Unit- Home Care - Personal Care
Home Care is the IMCD Business Unit offering a synergistic and comprehensive
range of ingredients including enzymes, surfactants, biocides, chelates,
builders, rheology modifiers, solubilisers, solvents and functional additives.
Personal Care is the IMCD Business Unit supplying a complete range of
speciality additives, actives and sensorial ingredients used in the
formulation of products to clean, perfume, protect, maintain, and enhance the
healthy appearance of the body.

Your Opportunity
Working with various Principals in the area of Home Care - Personal Care,
based out of KSA. You will be reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager
Personal Care - Home Care Middle East of IMCD Middle East. Your key
responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and optimize
sustainable growth within the agreed business targets, in full compliance of
both local as well as international regulations, including the comprehensive
IMCD compliance programme.
Your Role
To be an ambitious and energetic sales manager with a great understanding and
experience in the Home Care - Personal Care markets within Saudi Arabia. An
experienced individual who can strategize and negotiate with both customers as
well as principals, accurate in numbers and excellent in sustaining a good
rapport with all stakeholders, internally as well as externally.
Purpose
Delivering and maintaining IMCD's position as a key supplier in KSA for
speciality additives, actives and sensorial ingredients.
In this role, the person engages in a variety of activities to lead, plan, and
execute the relationship between the business and its key customers through a
value adding approach.
Responsibilities
* Develop a pipeline of projects
* Provide technical support to direct customers with new development trials and trouble shooting
* Conduct joint training and support activities (technical support, product recommendations, trial support and support in handling quality issues) to all new & existing distributors
* Execution of new ideas related to business opportunity
* Achieve monthly sales targets, annual budget numbers and gross margin targets
* Preparing monthly rolling forecast for efficient inventory management
* Co-ordination with the Business Unit Manager for organizing customer events, review meetings and reports
* Providing market intelligence and insights on potential business opportunities
* Liaising with Customer Service Representative for sales orders and dispatch details
* Supporting payment collection and co-ordinating with customers and accounts receivable team
* Expanding the portfolio with existing customers and generating new customer base
* Visiting existing and potential customers on a timely basis across the applicable geographical scope
* Submitting timely reports w.r.t sales, customer visits and complying with the existing CRM
* Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints

* Timely closure of queries/ concerns raised by the customer about the ordered product thereby building enduring and trusting partnerships with customers.

* Strong knowledge of speciality additives and comprehensive range of ingredients related to Home Care and Personal Care business in KSA.
* Demonstrated successes in implementing new product, solution, technology, and value selling programs.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.
* Degree in Business Management is an added advantage.
* Working and data analysis of CRM.
* Well-versed with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proficient in English and Arabic.
Essential Experience
* 3+ years of relevant experience.
